Emmanuel Gimeno

Emmanuel is an Information Technology specialist with 10 years’ experience, responsible for designing, organising, modifying, installing, and supporting C-Sema computer systems. He designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet systems, and network segments.

He leads corporate relations between C-Sema and Mobile Network Operators and works with other management staff to develop and maintain relations with communications
authorities and businesses.

He also oversees the maintenance of Helpline systems, responds to technical queries, identify user needs, analyse and isolate issues; trouble shoots any reported system failures, glitches, manages the Helpline servers, evaluate and modify system performance.
