Asnat Green 

Asnat Green is the Impact Analyst and MEAL Manager at C-Sema with a strong background in statistics and extensive experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL). She uses data-driven approaches to inform evidence-based decision-making and improve program effectiveness across child protection and gender-focused initiatives.                              

 

At the National Child Helpline, Asnat oversees counsellors and ensures the quality and consistency of case management and reporting systems. Her work focuses on using data to strengthen accountability, enhance service delivery, and generate insights that support meaningful, sustainable impact for children and youth in Tanzania.
